So chewy and yummy, you could eat this yourself!  They're a good alternative to beef jerky as sweet potatoes are good for digestive health, are rich in beta carotene, Vitamin C, and iron.

Our Sweet Potato Jerky Fanatics are all-natural, hypo-allergenic, and contain no preservatives, yeast, soy, chemicals, salt, sugar, or grains. Just pure sweet potatoes, dried in my kitchen in Queen Creek!   We recommend a 6 week shelf life on the Sweet Potato Jerky.
